Many may be familiar with Lee Lapthorne as the creative director of On|Off (amazing this year Lee!) Lee Lapthorne also dabbles in his own unique designs which were unveiled at the Haynes PR press day.

Lee’s A/W ’10 collection ‘Denim Landscapes’ explores the creative process involved within textiles by utilising photography and digital technology to create mesmerising prints that appear to be magnificent sprawling branches of trees hand printed onto high-gloss silks the added inclusion of selvedge threads and twin needle detailing paying homage to the more fundamental qualities of denim whilst the prints exude a more futuristic and austere aesthetic that reintroduces the acid washed frenzy of last summer with a new luxe image.
