The only guys who sit back and criticize each detail of how a woman looks are Howard Stern and guys whose only sexual outlet is mainstream porn. Maybe I'm projecting too much of myself onto other men, but I think that instead of "harsh scrutiny" most men react with a sense of awe when they see a naked woman, and most certainly when they see her vulva.
